Hello. I have a complaint
The harness I received doesn’t match the description. The description showed measurements of 24cm-29cm. The one i got was a mere 13.5cm not the indicated centimeters So it’s way small for my cat. I sent this complain to your IG only to get left on read. I even shared an image of the harness showing my tape measure against it to show how small it is but still nobody responded after. I have ordered several things with you but this is just wrong. I asked for an exchange since it’s unused but no response..
