This item was a cheap piece of trash. Tried to zip it up and the plastic tab on the plastic zipper broke off then the zipper un zipped.luckily my cat was not in it. I have been trying to get in touch with petsas in Nairobi ever since to return the product.Emailing and calling so I can return the item and get my money back. No one has gotten back to me after two days.
Will not purchase anything else from this company.
Loving the bag. So is my ‘Ash’. She loves the breathable and spacious beautiful yet solid bag.
At first I wanted to switch the bag because it had no padding but changed my mind because i liked the way it looks .
