INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL
How do I make a purchase?
To place anorder through the website, navigate to the page with the product, add item to cart and then proceed to checkout. Payment and delivery details
Do you deliver? How Fast & How Much is Delivery?
Yes, we do deliver countrywide.
In Nairobi & environs using our riders and drivers. You can also pick your order from the dispatch centr.
For other towns, the orders will be sent through Wells Fargo Courier , G4S or through any courier of your choice.
The cost of delivery will depend on the address that you will provide during checkout.
Can my pet have food before and during the flight?
We recommend that your pet should not eat within the 4 hours before their check-in time for domestic flights and within 7 hours before their check-in time for international flights; this is to avoid any potential travel sickness. Meals are not permitted during the flight; however, all pets can access clean drinking water.
Can we put toys and bedding inside the crate?
You can put bedding or toys inside the travel kennel as long these items do not take up too much room. Please avoid small toys which can be a choking hazard.
Can I send collars and leashes together with the pet?
Yes, but collars and leads are not allowed inside the travel kennel, we can only attach them to the outside.

Do you sell pets?
Petsasa does not sell pets or offer any adoption services as of now. For adoption services kindly contact KSPCA or the Nairobi Feline Sanctuary.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Before the delivery personnel leaves, notify them about the faulty or damaged product.
Petsasa may not accept liability for cases reported afterwards.

You can change or cancel your order by contacting us either through email or call and the necessary changes or refunds will be done.
