I am very disappointed with my experience. I received an item that was already damaged upon delivery, and it was clearly not in usable condition. I reported the issue immediately after receiving the product. Despite explaining the situation, the company refused to offer a return, exchange, or refund, stating that the item had been inspected before dispatch. However, the product was already defective when it arrived. I did not use or damage the item myself, and I have always been a regular customer without any previous issues. This situation is extremely disappointing and unfair, especially as the issue was reported right away. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I am very dissatisfied with both the product quality control and the customer service response.
